In requesting an image you represent you are one of the above described authorized users and the following – in using the image (i) you will not make any claim about our products or services that is in any way different from, inconsistent with, or in addition to statements made by us in our publicly distributed materials regarding those products and services, and specifically, you will not make any claim regarding our products, their performance, or their intended uses, that differ from the product information issued by us; and (ii) you will not alter the image in any manner (except reduction or enlargement of the size of an image is permitted).
